I just got a haircut from Steph, I’m overall very unhappy with how it turned out. When I go there I usually ask for a hard part, but this time when I asked for a hard part she started pressing the trimmer into my head (applying pressure) lifting it up and pressing again. Normally I would be okay with this but she decided to go over what she just did again but this time harder. This resulted in a MASSIVE hard part leaving a chunk of my hair exposed.
